Last week we went Memphis to do some last minute Christmas shopping with our friends Todd & Paige. Little did we know that we would soon be adopting a new family pet. I knew I was in trouble when Cindy spotted the large display in the middle of the mall selling Sugar Gliders. She has wanted one for about 10 years. She was able to withstand the temptation...well at least for a day. The next evening we where driving back to Memphis to pick up our new pet. You may be asking,"what in the world is a Sugar Glider?". I could give you all the info, but you would be better off to check out the pictures below of this cute little critter. Our new pet's name is Daisy, and Saigel has already become quite attached. She has been reading books to Daisy, and making sure that we take good care of her. Daisy stays with us a lot (usually in a pouch around Cindy's neck). She is getting more comfortable with us every day, and hopefully will enjoy her new home as much as we are enjoying her.
